These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products on the website the-finisher-club.myshopify.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The Finisher Club reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of its validation.

5. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during your order.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by the means offered on the site at the time of the order. Payment is secure.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped in France. Delivery times are indicated for informational purposes when ordering. In case of delay, The Finisher Club cannot be held responsible.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as that used for the order.

10. Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

11. Liability

The Finisher Club cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on the site.
