2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the-finisher-club.myshopify.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual. The Finisher Club is an independent and creative brand. Our products are not affiliated with the HYROX® organization. All designs are original creations celebrating the performance of athletes.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). The Finisher Club reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of its validation.

5. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during your order.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by the means offered on the site at the time of the order. Payment is secure.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped to France. Delivery times are indicated for informational purposes during the order. In case of delay, The Finisher Club cannot be held responsible.

Parcels returned to sender: In the event of a parcel being returned to the sender for a reason beyond our responsibility (in particular, failure to collect within the allotted time at the relay point, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, choice of an unavailable relay point, refusal of the parcel, or inability to deliver attributable to the recipient), reshipment costs will be borne by the customer. Reshipment will only be made after payment of the new delivery charges. No refund can be granted until the product has been received by our logistics partner. However, if the return results from a proven error by the carrier or our delivery partner, reshipment will be covered by The Finisher Club. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided during their order.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made according to consumer specifications.

The Finisher Club's personalized items (t-shirts with name, number, or any other personalization) are made to order and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For non-personalized products, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at: contact@thefinisher.club

9. Returns and Refunds

Personalized items: Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or error on our part. In this case, contact us with photos of the product within 14 days of receipt. We will open a case with our production partner and proceed with a reprint or refund as appropriate.

Non-personalized items: Returned products must be in their original, unused condition. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as that used during the order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

11. Liability

The Finisher Club cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on the site.

12. Personal Data

13. Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction. You can also resort to consumer mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law.
