Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your product, choose your size and design, then add it to your cart. Then follow the payment steps to finalize your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

Since orders are customized and processed quickly, it is not possible to modify or cancel them once confirmed. Contact us as soon as possible at lamdany5@gmail.com if you have an urgent request.

Customization

How does customization work?

When placing your order, enter your customization information (name, first name, etc.) in the designated field. Our team will process your request manually.

Can I see a preview before production?

We do not currently offer a preview before production. The visuals shown on the site are representative of the final product.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are generally 15 business days after order confirmation. Since items are produced on demand, please allow for additional manufacturing time.

Do you deliver outside of France?

We currently deliver in France. For any specific request, contact us at lamdany5@gmail.com.
