Delivery
Custom t-shirts are produced locally, then delivered in approximately 3 to 5 business days (this includes production and shipping time, depending on the customer's location)
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
However, customized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, except in cases of non-conformity (printing error) or hidden defects.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Printing error
- Printing defect (with proof)

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receipt:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as used for the order.
Defective products
If you have received a defective or non-compliant item, contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Chaque t-shirt est personnalisé avec tes propres informations : prénom/nom, catégorie et, si tu le souhaites, ton chrono.
Ce ne sont pas de simples détails ajoutés au design : ce sont eux qui transforment ce t-shirt en souvenir personnel et unique de ta course.
Edition unique
Chaque drop possède son propre design, créé pour une course et une saison précises. Le visuel évolue d’une édition à l’autre et n’est pas reconduit sur la suivante.
Les commandes sont ouvertes pendant 15 jours. Une fois le drop terminé, cette édition n’est plus disponible.
